Domestic strategies of increasing physical strength
As the physical strength of women decreases with age, the physical strength of men
decreases. Many forty-four men suffer from the inability to physically gratify their

1. Amalki:

also unique in increasing the physical demand.
2. Dried fruit:
Dry fruits like nuts, walnuts, raisins, or pasta not only improve your overall health,
but also increase blood and performance in the body. As a result, men have increased
physical needs and abilities.
03. Vitamin D:
Vitamin D is rich in foods like oily fish, cheese or eggs. Vitamin D helps to increase
testosterone in the body.
04. Nuts:
Almonds contain arginine called amino acids, which help to increase the levels of

05. Eggs:
Eggs are a great way to eliminate physical weakness. Eat 1 egg every morning, at

glass of hot water.
