Fruits that help prevent cancer
Cancer is increasing worldwide and more people are dying of this disease
than ever before. In 2018, over 96 million people have died of cancer
worldwide.
The World Health Organization says that by 2030, one million 30 million

There are some fruits that help prevent cancer. For example:
01 Garlic:

02 Carrots:

breast cancer. Drinking a carrot or a glass of carrot juice daily can help
prevent these cancers.
03 Tomatoes:

contain lycopene, an antioxidant that also helps prevent heart disease.
Tomatoes contain vitamins A, C, and E, which are enemies of the
cancer-friendly element. Tomato juice destroys damaged DNA cells.
So 2 to 3 tomatoes should be placed on the diet list in a week.
04 Yellow:
According to a study by the American Cancer Society, yellow contains a
substance called 'curcumin' that prevents cancer. In addition, it is an
antioxidant that enters the body's tissues and makes the body resistant
to cancer. You can use turmeric daily in raw turmeric milk, or in fish and
meat like vegetables. Yellow prevents cancer cells from destroying the good
cells in the body and helps to dull the cancer cells. So try to eat yellow
in regular diet.
05 Green Tea:
Green tea or green tea is very useful in preventing cancer. This green tea
contains antioxidant catechins, which are resistant to various cancers.
Studies have also shown that green tea prevents tumors. Green tea is more
beneficial than ordinary tea. So you can eat greenn tea or greenn tea without
eating tea.
